3) Shipping and Order Processing

3.1) We ship via CTT Expresso, CTT Correios, or TNT/FedEx.

3.1) Standard delivery times:

Portugal: 1 to 2 business days

3.1.1) We are not responsible for any delays in order deliveries.

3.1.2) We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.

3.2) Order processing time: 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

4) Cancellations

4.1) The customer may request the cancellation and return of the order within 14 days of receipt.
4.1.1) If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been dispatched and/or received, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
4.1.2) In the event of defective items, the customer must inform us as soon as possible after receipt so that we can reach a convenient solution for the customer, which should involve resending the order or refunding the order and cancelling it.
4.1.3) Returns of personalized items are not accepted.

5) Returns

5.1) We do not accept returns of items, but you should inform us in case of any problems.
